Ley Biano and her wonderful caregiving team at Vancouver Island Caregivers have truly been a godsend to our family, providing exceptional care for my ailing mother with genuine compassion and kindness. VIC staff were on time and helpful. My wife required some assistance with personal care. A Nurse friend suggested VIC. It was the perfect fit for us. The staff helps daily with her morning and evening routine. They are always very caring and take the time she needs. Not rushed like the first agency we had. I am glad we have VIC in our home and would recommend the service they provide.

We hired our caregiver through the agency, Vancouver Island Caregivers.  Ley was very helpful in screening candidates and arranging interviews. She was sensitive to our needs. She was prompt in returning calls and emails and very flexible, offering to come and pick up the necessary documents.  I also appreciated her follow up support when questions arose at a later date. It worked out very well. For the past few months, we have had a live-in caregiver for my elderly mother. It has been an excellent solution for our concerns about her safety and well being. My mother is 93 and still living alone in our family home. She has a number of health issues and very limited mobility. But she has a strong independent spirit. Our lovely young caregiver has joined our family and provided the companionship, safety and medical support my mother desperately needs at this time. She manages the household and keeps in close touch with us. We feel so fortunate to have this option available. As we, the children, are growing older ourselves, it is a great relief to share the care and responsibility. Our caregiver works from the heart and has an extensive nursing background. A combination that ensures the best possible care.

I called Sher at Tick Tock Toes for a home appointment for my mother. Her disease causes uncontrollable spasms making nail care difficult. She removed a Ram's head and very thick nails that hindered her walking. Her feet look amazing. I would recommend TTT to anyone needing skilled services for a great rate.

I’ve been using Tick Tock Toes for the past 4 years. When I started with Sher my toes where in bad shape, discoloration and slight fungus infection. Due to my diabetes, I thought it was a lost cause, but in 3 appointments Sher had me fixed up and I was wearing my sandals again. She has a friendly, caring manner and is very gentle with me. My first experience with Sher was doing foot care for my husband at Kiwanis. Her compassion and experience with Dementia clients made it a very positive experience for him.
I now enjoy her monthly visit to do my feet too. I must add the foot massage at the end is just divine.
